Observations:

February 2016 – Lauzon continues to exceed all expectations this year in Rouyn-Noranda. He is now one of the top-scoring D in the Q with 35 points through 29 games. He very nearly made the World Junior squad - he was one of the final cuts, released just before Christmas. That's pretty impressive for a kid who wasn't even considered for the team last summer. Suffice it to say that Lauzon is a very pleasant surprise for the Bruins so far. Michael Boeckler

November 2015 – Lauzon, selected by the Bruins in the second round of last year's draft, is putting up big numbers to start this year. The offensively-gifted defenseman has picked up 25 points in his first 18 games for first-place Rouyn-Noranda. Lauzon didn't get much attention this summer - though he was a second-round pick, he was the Bruins' sixth selection. But Lauzon is an excellent skater with a great eye for offense. Once he fills out his big frame Lauzon could be a formidable force on Boston's blue line. Look for him around 2018. Michael Boeckler

Fantasy Outlook: C

He's got he skills to be a top-four D; but he's very raw at this point. Once he learns a more complete game, and grown into his frame, Lauzon could be a regular on the B's blueline.
