Observations:

Oct 2014 – Noebels has refused an assignment to the Reading Royals of the ECHL. As a result, the Flyers will move to void his contract. Zach Hopkins

 

March 2013 – Started the season in the ECHL thanks to the lockout, but did extremely well at that level…In the AHL his numbers have been middling, but he's only 20 and has an underrated shot. Second line is a big stretch, but in a couple of years, who knows? – Dobber

 

March 2012 – Noebels is a big, rangy winger that has shown an improving ability to find the back of the net. He was dealt to the powerhouse Portland Winterhawks and has been good, putting up 34 points in 31 games since the trade. As a 19 year-old in this league, more should be expected out of Noebels for the playoff run, which could see the Winterhawks contending for the Memorial Cup. He should compete for a spot in the AHL next year but might need another year of seasoning in junior.

 

Fantasy Outlook: D+

 

His mix of size and skill makes him possible sleeper.
